Cynthia Indriso is an executive coach specializing in leadership development and management strategies for business people working internationally across cultures. Certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), her expertise is concentrated in more than 25 years of international experience.

Indriso is an expat who has lived and worked abroad with senior leaders, their teams, entrepreneurs, and individuals working in various industries, such as Anglo American, Chanel, IBM, Microsoft, SAP Global, Sara Lee, and Unilever, and based all over the world, including the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America.

She also works with public sector global organizations, primarily the United Nations, following from several years working as a social scientist for the World Health Organization in Geneva. Helping people become successful at leading and managing people is a key focus area for Indriso. She is certified to deliver a collection of best-in-class feedback and assessment tools, and partners with the Ken Blanchard Companies as an executive coach, along with managing her own executive coaching and consulting company. She coaches in both English and Spanish, and currently divides her time between New York City and Barcelona, where she's been based since 1997.
