Jennifer Paulino '11PH

Jennifer Paulino is an ICF certified Executive and Transformation Coach. She is also certified as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach. Jennifer is a graduate of New York University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender and Sexuality studies, and holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, specializing in Sociomedical Sciences and Health Promotion. She brings over 15 years of experience in health, education, and people and leadership development. Jennifer’s work has been focused on developing leaders, high-level professionals, and employees; leading transformational leadership development experiences; elevating workplace culture; and empowering people with skills that will support them in their work and life journey.

For professionals whose careers are centered on serving and leading others, Jennifer’s goal in coaching is to serve these clients at the highest level. Through a process of self-discovery and self-awareness, Jennifer’s coaching practice is grounded in empowering professionals to lead others and themselves from a place of empathy, compassion, and resilience. In a safe and supportive space, clients establish concrete objectives to grow professionally as leaders in their field and learn skills to better manage the challenges, overwhelm, physical and emotional burnout, anxieties and pressures that often accompany their careers. Clients can gain a new resilient, hopeful, and even more inspiring perspective on themselves and their work.

When Jennifer is not coaching, she is enjoying her life as a mother to her son Evan, reading and listening to all things leadership and spiritual development, and spending time with her big extended family. Jennifer’s purpose is to be a source of support and encouragement for others, to bring out the best in people so they can continue to bring out the best in the world around them.
