Laura Althoff '03SW is a passionate executive coach who identifies and unlocks potential, leverages capacity, and supports transitions. An expert facilitator, Laura is known for asking the right questions and the right time in order to move out of ambivalence, grow innovation, and create an environment where all people can participate authentically.
A trained mediator, executive coach, licensed clinical social worker, and Agile professional, Laura has 20+ years experience enhancing individual and organizational performance. She is recognized for her ability to engage and empower people, whether in their own lives or in the organization of which they are part. Laura has particular expertise working with engineers and technology professionals having taught Agile frameworks for a decade, and enjoys working with keen problem-solvers.
Laura received her BA from Mount Holyoke College, and her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. She maintains her clinical license with annual continuing education goals; serves on the boards of several organizations; and is a lifelong choral singer.
