Personal Statement
Rosemary A. Bova’s passion is to assist workers at every level to bring their authenticity, trust inducing behaviors, competence and skills to the workplace. She’s worked with C Suite executives, lab technicians, financial advisors, massage therapists and PHD’s. A synthesizer, she brings her competency and skill to her clients, and shares her journey. A coach/consultant she guides clients to journey within where some of their earliest decisions and foundational beliefs were developed and may still be operating today. A teacher, with expertise in accountable managerial leadership she works with the whole person and system.

Career Overview
Rosemary A. Bova has 30 years experience as an executive/career coach and an organization design and development consultant. Her clients include executives in Fortune 500 companies, not for profit organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals. She is equally comfortable interviewing people in C Suite roles as she is talking to those on the shop floor. Bova is a possibility thinker, an expert listener, and organization and career strategist.
Her company Bova Enterprises specializes in corporate human systems development -- accountable managerial leadership, team development and individual career strategy formulation. BE's guiding principle is: Increased profitability cannot be sustained without the release of human imagination and creativity, which in turn is supported by the right structure for the business, accountable management systems, actions and behaviors. Presently she is interested in the impact AI will have on organization design and how individuals will manage the expected transformational change.
She has presented to audiences in Europe and Canada and is regularly invited to speak in the US, particularly the tri state region.
Bova has written more than 50 blog posts on building engaged organizations. Most recently, she has focused on what Fast Company termed Generation Flux.


Educational Background
Bova received a Masters Degree from Columbia's School of Social Work and completed the Organization and Systems Development Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. She participated in a five-year Action Research Project on the Development of Leadership and Authority in an All Female Group, and completed a yearlong program in Feminine Power Mastery.
