She works with clients to take back control of the job search by identifying job targets with the proper positioning and pitch, writing a resume and cover letter resulting in interviews, and helping clients strategically negotiate their position and salary.

With her advanced certification in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Teacher’s College and Columbia Business School, PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation, and a post-master’s certificate in Organization Development from the New School, Doppstadt combines her communications skills with extensive industry experience.
