I help high-achieving people realize their full potential and create new realities.
Recognized for my expertise, compassion, and investment in guiding clients through transformation, I work with people to identify and unlock potential, leverage capacity, and support transitions. I am known for asking the right questions at the right time in order to move to action.
I’ve been where you are: knowing there’s more or something else you need to be more fully satisfied.
A trained mediator, executive coach, licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), and Agile professional, my focus has always been on enhancing individual performance. My experience spans organizations including Aetna, Dell, Pegasystems, iZotope, Boston Public Library, Harvard University, Wellesley College, Ohio University, and IntelyCare.
I have a BA from Mount Holyoke College, and Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. When I’m not coaching, I serve on the board of The Metropolitan Chorale, volunteer with Food For Free in Cambridge, travel whenever possible, and am a lifelong choral singer.
How I work
We’ll talk. And we’ll talk some more. The power of saying things out loud isn’t to be underestimated.
You’ll tell me how you define success.
I’ll push you to re-think your assumptions about the way to find success, so you won’t be held back by past decisions or things you’ve never reconsidered.
We’ll think big and I'll help you make a plan.
We’ll use all the resources at my disposal to find the best route to the professional future you deserve.
We’ll be allies in this venture; from the day we first meet until you’re happily ensconced in your new world.
And I’ll be available after that to help you work through the inevitable issues that crop up.
You and I will enjoy the journey, not just the destination.
