Marlene McLarty '93LAW is a career, leadership and personal growth coach and the founder of Inner Leadership Coaching. For over a dozen years she has helped clients navigate their career path and get clear on what is meaningful and true for them.

She is a former corporate attorney, having worked for a variety of law firms in New York City before transitioning to executive and personal coaching. She brings her analytical skills, curiosity, compassion and commitment to personal growth to her work as a coach, empowering others on their journey of personal and professional development.

Marlene is certified master coach with a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a member of the Humanitarian Coaches Network and a mentor through various organizations.

She was educated at Stanford University and Columbia Law School and lives in Westchester County, New York.
