Founder, Career Storyline

I help people articulate a compelling story about their careers and where they’re going next.

Much of my work is with experienced professionals who know they’ve outgrown their current role or path, but struggle to define what they want next or how to position themselves for it. I also work with earlier-career professionals who want guidance grounded in how senior-level hiring and career decisions are actually made. In all cases, my focus is on career storytelling — helping clients clarify their narrative, identify their differentiators, and present complex experience in a way that resonates with decision-makers.

Before focusing on career coaching, I spent more than two decades as a senior leader in technology companies, with executive roles spanning product management, marketing and general management. I bring a practical, inside view of how hiring decisions really get made, having helped build hiring technology and participated in hundreds of hiring processes while reviewing thousands of resumes.

Earlier in my career, I earned my MS in Journalism from Columbia University and spent five years as a newspaper reporter. That training continues to shape how I listen, ask questions, and help people find the through-line in their work.

I’m also the author of Launched, a career management guide for early-career professionals and an Amazon #1 new release among career books.
