I work with social impact professionals — the advocates, nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, and mission-driven changemakers who are exceptional at what they do but struggle to translate that work into a compelling story about themselves. I also work with professionals looking to make the move from corporate to purpose-driven work, a transition I have navigated myself.

My approach centers on career narrative and storytelling. Through a structured process of self-discovery and reflection, I help clients close the gap between how they are currently presenting themselves and the professional they actually are. That foundation shapes everything that follows: resume, LinkedIn, job search strategy, and how they show up in interviews and networking conversations.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across social impact, education, global development, and nonprofit leadership, with a career spanning organizations including Sesame Workshop, the United Nations, the Aga Khan Development Network, and the Obama Foundation. I also founded an education technology startup, which gives me firsthand insight into what it means to build something from the ground up. That background sharpens my eye for what clients have actually built, and deepens my instinct to help them own it.

I hold a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where I also serve as a Lecturer for Professional Development, supporting professionals navigating career transitions. I founded S² Strategy to bring that same work to a broader community of changemakers who are ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.
